ABOUT ME

Dr. Holly is a visionary for athletes to help improve their athletic performance and life skills through mental training programs.

Dr. Holly has proven ability to develop and implement mental skills strategies and programs to enhance performance on the field and in the classroom. Her expertise is in developing strong relationships with athletes, coaches and teams at all levels of athletic organizations. She excels in pioneering new mental techniques and strategies for each athlete.

Dr. Holly's passion has always been sports. She grew up playing volleyball and basketball at the high school level and basketball at the collegiate level. She is a triathlete and has raced in several Sprints, Olympics and Half Ironmans and Arizona IRONMAN.

Being an athlete, Holly understands the many dimensions of what it takes to reach your performance goals and how to overcome adversities. In her 20+ years of competing in sports, she has used mental techniques to help her achieve sports success.

In her first year playing college basketball at North Dakota State University, a NCAA Division II school, the team reached the final four of the NCAA Division II. During this season, she suffered a traumatic injury where she was tripped from behind and when landing, she dislocated her right elbow, which was her shooting arm. After going through the injury recovery process both physically and mentally, it was challenging having  no one  for her to talk to.

With her sports experiences and her years of graduate and doctoral studies, her passion is in helping athletes improve performance and overcome injuries through her specialized mental training programs.
